Deakin Law Clinic’s Geelong Office opened its doors to prospective students as part of Deakin University’s Waterfront Open Day on 16 August 2026.

Clinical Solicitor Rebecca Tisdale and former Deakin Law Clinic student Emily Scott spoke with prospective students about their experiences with the Clinic and the benefits of undertaking a clinical placement.

The Open Day provided an opportunity for students to learn more about the practical experience, professional development and community-focused legal work available through a Deakin Law Clinic placement.
